We aim to respond to all trade queries within 2 working days. We'd like to remind you that listing any of our products on Amazon, Etsy, eBay or other marketplaces is strictly prohibited. We monitor these sites regularly and enforce freezing of any accounts that are found to be in breach of these rules.
