Do you offer free delivery?
Yes — we are delighted to offer free Standard Delivery on all UK mainland orders of £40 and over. We believe exceptional chocolate should arrive at your door without unnecessary surcharges, and this threshold is our way of rewarding those who wish to truly indulge.
What is your cut-off time for same-day dispatch?
Orders placed before noon (12:00pm) on a business day are eligible for same-day dispatch. Orders received after this time will be dispatched on the following business day. We recommend placing your order well in advance of any special occasion to ensure timely arrival.
What is your returns policy?
We stand behind every product we make with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. As our chocolates and confectionery are perishable food items, we are unable to accept returns for reasons of preference alone once goods have been received in good condition. If, however, you are unhappy with your order for any reason, we encourage you to reach out to us at care@farhi.co.uk — your satisfaction is our priority and we will always seek to make things right.
Do you have vegan products?
Yes — we offer a carefully curated selection of vegan-friendly products, clearly labelled on our website and packaging. Our vegan range is crafted with the same luxury ingredients and artisan care as our full collection, so those following a plant-based lifestyle need not compromise on indulgence. Ordering & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as PayPal and Apple Pay. For your security, we never store your card details — each transaction is fully encrypted and handled through our secure payment gateway. Corporate clients placing orders over £500 ex-VAT may also be eligible for invoicing after delivery, subject to a credit check.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We begin preparing your order very quickly after it is placed, so we ask that any changes or cancellation requests be sent to care@farhi.co.uk as soon as possible. While we will always do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee amendments once an order has entered our fulfilment process. If your order has already been dispatched, please refer to our returns policy.
Do your prices include VAT?
Yes — all prices displayed on our website are inclusive of VAT at the current UK rate. There are no hidden charges; the price you see at checkout is the price you pay, with delivery costs shown clearly before you confirm your order.
How will I know my order has been confirmed?
Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email to the address provided at checkout. This email will detail your items, delivery address, and order number. You will receive a further notification when your order has been dispatched, including any relevant tracking information.
Can I order as a guest without creating an account?
Absolutely — you are welcome to checkout as a guest at any time, with no obligation to create an account. However, creating a Farhi account makes it easier to track your orders, save your details for future purchases, and access exclusive offers. It takes only a moment and is entirely optional.
Do you offer a discount for first-time customers?
Yes — new customers who sign up to our newsletter receive 15% off their first order. Our newsletter is a lovely way to stay up to date with seasonal collections, new arrivals, and exclusive Farhi events, so we hope you will enjoy it long after your first purchase.
Delivery & Shipping
What are your UK delivery options and costs?
We offer Standard Delivery (3–5 business days) for £3.95 on orders under £40, and free of charge on orders of £40 and above. Express Delivery (1–2 business days) is available for £4.99, and Next Day Delivery (for orders placed before 1pm) is £5.99. Delivery to Northern Ireland is £5.99 for orders under £40, and £4.99 for orders of £40 or more. Channel Islands and Isle of Man deliveries are charged at £6.99.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days from the point of dispatch. Express Delivery arrives within 1–2 business days, and Next Day Delivery — for orders placed before 1pm — arrives the following business day. Please note that delivery timescales may be extended during peak gifting periods such as Christmas and Eid.
Do you deliver to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, or the Channel Islands?
Yes, we deliver to all of these locations. Northern Ireland deliveries are charged at £5.99 for orders under £40, and £4.99 for orders of £40 or more. Deliveries to the Channel Islands and Isle of Man are charged at £6.99. Scottish Highlands and Islands may attract extended delivery timescales — please allow additional days for these areas.
Do you deliver internationally?
International delivery is not offered as a standard service at this time. However, we understand that Farhi gifts know no borders, and we may be able to make special arrangements for international shipments. What happens to my order during hot weather?
The quality of your chocolates is of the utmost importance to us. During periods of hot weather, we may hold your order until conditions are suitable for safe transit, in order to ensure your chocolates arrive in perfect condition. If you would prefer not to wait, we are happy to issue a full refund upon request — simply contact us at care@farhi.co.uk.
Can I send orders to multiple addresses?
Yes — we are delighted to help you send Farhi gifts to multiple recipients. Each delivery address is charged separately at the applicable delivery rate. For larger corporate or bulk gifting orders, we can provide a spreadsheet template to make managing multiple addresses straightforward and efficient. Please contact care@farhi.co.uk to arrange this.
Returns, Refunds & Complaints
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
We are sorry to hear if your order has not arrived in perfect condition. Please contact our customer care team at care@farhi.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery, including a photograph of the damaged item and your order number. We will investigate promptly and arrange either a replacement or a full refund at your preference.
How do I request a refund?
To request a refund, please email care@farhi.co.uk with the subject line 'Refund', including your order number and a brief description of the issue. Our team will review your request and respond as quickly as possible. We aim to resolve all refund queries to your complete satisfaction.
How quickly will I receive a response to my complaint?
We take every customer concern seriously and aim to acknowledge all complaints and enquiries within 72 hours of receipt. Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at care@farhi.co.uk or call 020 3754 0963 as soon as possible after placing it. Because our team works swiftly to fulfil orders, we cannot guarantee cancellation once fulfilment has begun. If your order has already been dispatched, please refer to our returns and refund process.

Do you use palm oil in your products?

Are your products suitable for vegetarians?
Yes — the majority of our products are suitable for vegetarians. Where are Farhi products made?
Farhi is a proudly London-based brand, and our products are crafted with the close oversight of our family team. What is a bonbonnière?
A bonbonnière is an elegantly presented box or vessel filled with fine confectionery — traditionally given as a luxurious gift or keepsake for special occasions such as weddings, christenings, and celebrations. At Farhi, our bonbonnières are filled with our signature chocolate-covered nuts, fruits, and confectionery, presented in beautifully designed packaging that is as memorable as the chocolates within.
Do your products have a long shelf life?
Our products are made with the finest ingredients and are designed to remain at their best for a generous period — the specific best-before date is printed on all packaging. As a general guide, most of our chocolates and confectionery have a shelf life of several months when stored in cool, dry conditions away from direct sunlight. We always recommend checking the packaging for the most accurate guidance.
Dietary & Allergens
Are any of your products halal or kosher?
Farhi has a long tradition of serving London's diverse communities, and we recognise the importance of dietary certifications. For the most up-to-date information on which products are halal or kosher certified, please refer to individual product pages or contact our team at care@farhi.co.uk, who will be delighted to assist you.
Do your products contain nuts?
Many of our products are made with or contain nuts, and all of our products are produced in an environment where nuts are present. As a result, all Farhi products may contain traces of nuts. We strongly advise customers with nut allergies to exercise caution and contact us before purchasing if they have any concerns. Full allergen information is printed on all packaging.
Are any products gluten free?
Some of our products are made without gluten-containing ingredients; however, as they are produced in a facility that handles gluten, we cannot guarantee a completely gluten-free environment. Customers with coeliac disease or a serious gluten intolerance should check individual product labels carefully and contact our team at care@farhi.co.uk with any questions before purchasing.
What allergens should I be aware of?
All of our products are produced in an environment that handles the 14 major allergens, including nuts, milk, soya, wheat (gluten), and eggs. Full allergen information is clearly stated on all product packaging in accordance with UK food labelling regulations. Can I trust the dietary labels on your products?
Yes — all dietary and allergen labelling on Farhi products complies fully with UK food labelling regulations, and we take our responsibilities in this area extremely seriously. Labels are reviewed and updated whenever recipes or production processes change. Do you offer discounts for large orders?
We are delighted to discuss pricing for substantial orders. Eligible corporate orders over £500 ex-VAT may also benefit from invoice terms rather than immediate payment, subject to a credit check. How do I send gifts to multiple addresses for corporate orders?
We can manage deliveries to multiple addresses on your behalf, with each address charged at the applicable delivery rate. For larger corporate orders, we provide a bulk order spreadsheet template that allows you to supply all recipient details clearly and efficiently. Are you available as a wholesale supplier?
Yes — Farhi offers a wholesale programme for approved trade account customers. Wholesale enquiries and orders are managed through farhi.biz, with a minimum order value of £100.
