Hot Weather Policy
Your experience with Rita Farhi products is very important to us and we always aim to deliver a great experience to our customers.
Due to the unprecedented high temperatures, we aim to ship your order when the weather is cooler, in the hope that it will not get affected by the heat; otherwise, there is a risk that the chocolate will melt and you will not be able to enjoy your experience.

Please let us know if you are happy to wait, in which case there is no need to take any further action or respond to this email, we will automatically send your order when the weather cools down. If would you prefer to be issued a full refund, in which case, please do let us know by responding to this email or writing to with your order details and entering, Refund in the subject line or you can contact us by email here.

Delivery Terms & Conditions
Order before noon for same-day dispatch.
Orders placed on weekends, bank holidays and public holidays will be processed the following working day.
While we will always do our utmost to get your order to you quickly, occasionally we may experience delayed delivery times during Bank Holidays and at busy periods such as Black Friday and Christmas.

Multi Address Shipping
Delivery is charged for each address in your order
After placing your order you will receive separate order confirmation notifications per address.

International Delivery
We do not offer international shipping delivery at the moment.
However, please do not hesitate to contact us if you would like a quote for any special arrangements.
