We use plump almonds that have been ripened by the Californian sun, before air roasting them to bring out their full flavour. Next, we smother them in a thick milk chocolate coating before lightly dusting them with cinnamon, for a truly delightful treat. Milk Chocolate contains Cocoa Solids 30% minimum. 20% milk solids minimum.
